By accessing or using Flow (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Flow is a developer tool that connects to your GitHub account via OAuth, analyzes your public repositories using AI, and generates technical summaries, resume content, and interview preparation materials. The Service is provided for informational and career-development purposes.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of information derived from your GitHub repositories.
• You must review and verify all AI-generated content before using it in any professional application, resume, or interview context.
• You agree not to misuse the Service for unauthorized purposes, including but not limited to generating fraudulent credentials.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

All content generated by Flow's AI engine is for informational purposes only. The AI may produce summaries that are approximate, contextually inferred, or incomplete. Flow does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any generated content. Users bear sole responsibility for verifying and editing their resumes and profiles before professional use.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. In no event shall Flow, its creators, or contributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of your GitHub data and any content derived from your repositories. Flow claims no intellectual property rights over user-generated or AI-generated content produced through the Service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. You may discontinue use of the Service at any time by deleting your generated projects from the Dashboard.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
